FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (November 6, 2026) – New England Revolution Academy graduates Judah Siqueira and Makai Wells have been selected to represent the United States Under-17 Men’s National Team for the 2026 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar.
Siqueira and Wells are among the 21 players selected by Head Coach Alex Aldaz for the upcoming tournament. The United States will compete in Group J against Montenegro (Nov. 21), Chile (Nov. 24), and Algeria (Nov. 27), with all three matches to be played at Aspire Zone in Al Rayyan.
Siqueira, 17, recently earned his first United States Under-17 National Team call-up during the September/October FIFA international window and impressed in a series of friendlies in Spain. The Easton, Mass. native started in his international debut against the Republic of Ireland on Sept. 30 and logged 60 minutes in a 1-1 draw. The midfielder also featured against Norway on Oct. 3 before scoring his first international goal from the penalty spot in a 2-2 draw with the Netherlands on Oct. 6.
The Revolution’s latest Homegrown Player signing, Siqueira suited up for his MLS debut on August 19 at D.C. United and has since appeared in four regular season matches. At the MLS NEXT Pro level, Siqueira has scored three goals with one assist across 24 career appearances with Revolution II. During the 2026 campaign, he featured in 15 regular season contests, including 11 starts, helping Revolution II secure their second consecutive appearance in the MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs.
Wells, 17, has suited up on four occasions for the United States Under-17 side, most recently playing 62 minutes in a friendly against Australia in November 2025. The forward/winger from Washington, D.C. signed an MLS NEXT Pro professional contract with Revolution II in September and enjoyed a breakout 2026 season. He started 16 of 17 regular season appearances, registering one goal and two assists. In the Quarterfinal Round of the MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs, Wells netted a highlight-reel goal in New England's 2-1 loss at Columbus Crew 2.
