NOITE BRASILEIRA

The Revs will once again host Noite Brasileira on Saturday night at Gillette Stadium, celebrating Brazilian culture with a series of live performances and cultural activations by local organizations.

Fan Zone will be open from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., featuring live Brazilian music with Rafael Caires and Bruna Rosado, a Capoeira performance by Mandingueiros dos Palmares, and a Drums show by Grooversity. Several organizations will also have tables in Fan Zone, including the Consulate General of Brazil in Boston, Nossa Radio USA, Embrace Pathways, Sourcehub, and LIB - Brazilian Children's Literature Library.

In addition to a Brazilian-themed music playlist, Saturday night's Hero of the Match will be Robert Miller, an elementary school teacher at Harmony Grove in Framingham, Mass.

Finally, a special scarf featuring Brazilian inspired designs and including the translation of 'New England Revolution' in Portuguese will be available for purchase in the Pro Shop.

RECENT FORM VS. NEW YORK RED BULLS

This will be the second meeting between these sides in less than a month, as the Red Bulls claimed a 4-2 win over the Revs at Red Bull Arena on May 11. That was New England's third straight road loss in the series, but they've found much more success at Gillette Stadium, golng 5-1-1 in their last seven meetings with the Red Bulls in Foxborough, including a 1-0 win thanks to a Giacomo Vrioni goal last August. These sides are also approaching a bit of history, as this will be their 99th meeting in all competitions dating back to Major League Soccer's inception in 1996.

Goals from Carles Gil and Esmir Bajraktarević and a penalty save from Aljaž Ivačič lifted the Revs (3-10-1, 10 pts.) to three massive road points with a 2-1 win this past weekend in Nashville, snapping their three-game losing streak and giving them a bit of positive momentum heading into back-to-back home games. The objective now will be to build on that result as the Revs aim to make it consecutive wins for the first time this season in league play.

The Red Bulls (8-3-5, 29 pts.) will come to Foxborough riding a bit of a hot streak, winning four of their last five games (4-1-0) to climb to fourth in the Eastern Conference standings. While they've been particularly good at home, going unbeaten in seven games at Red Bull Arena (5-0-2), they have been somewhat susceptible on the road, going 3-3-3 on their travels.

Fresh off their victory in Nashville, the Revs are now back home at Gillette Stadium the next two weekends, hosting the Red Bulls (June 8) and Vancouver Whitecaps (June 15) as part of a stretch in which they'll play six of their next nine games at home.

Saturday night the Revolution will be wearing the "Boston Tea Party" kit, which will serve as the club's primary uniform for the 2024 and 2025 MLS seasons.

Inspired by Boston's proud history of positive defiance, the kit commemorates the recent 250th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party in December 1773. The shirt design is highlighted by red and white vertical waves on the jersey's front, which represent the ripples in the Boston Harbor made by East India Training Company's tea creates as the American revolutionaries emptied 45 tons of tea into the water.

The navy jersey features red shoulders with three white stripes, a throwback to earlier Revolution jerseys, paired with navy shorts and navy socks, featuring red and white striping on top.
