RECENT FORM VS. FC CINCINNATI

This has been a series dominated by the Revs, who've gone 5-0-2 in the last seven meetings in all competitions since suffering their lone loss to Cincinnati in the first-ever showdown back in March 2019. These sides have drawn on their last two encounters, however, including a 1-1 stalemate at Gillette Stadium in late April. As for their history in Cincinnati, the Revs have won on all three of their trips to the Queen City, including two wins from two visits to TQL Stadium.

New England (10-3-6, 36 pts.) recently completed a perfect three-game homestand to climb back into second place in both the Eastern Conference and Supporters' Shield standings, just seven points back of league-leading Cincinnati with a chance to cut that gap to four on Saturday night. The Revolution's attack has been relentless during the current six-game unbeaten run (3-0-3), scoring multiple goals in five of those six games, and netting three goals on four separate occasions. With their 2-1 triumph over Toronto FC this past weekend, the Revs matched their win total (10) from 2022 in just their 19th game of 2023.

Cincinnati (13-2-4, 43 pts.) will be looking to rebound from just their second loss of the season, having conceded three first-half goals in a 3-0 defeat to D.C. United this past Saturday night. That result snapped what had been a 14-game unbeaten run for FCC in all competitions (11-0-3), as second-year head coach Pat Noonan has turned Cincinnati into one of the top teams in MLS. Paramount to that success has been indomitable home form, as FC Cincinnati have gone a perfect 10-0-0 at TQL Stadium to become just the second team in MLS history to begin a year with 10 consecutive home victories.

The top two teams in MLS are set to square off as the calendar flips to July, and both sides will be hungry to bank as many points as possible before Leagues Cup begins in the coming weeks.

Overall Record vs. Cincinnati: 5-1-2
Away Record vs. Cincinnati: 3-0-0

SHOW YOUR COLORS

Saturday night the Revs will wear their brand new "Defiance" kit, which will serve as the team's community uniform for the 2023 and 2024 MLS seasons.

The "Defiance" kit features a white jersey and red shorts, with red socks and red trim along the shoulder and sleeves. The shirt's design is punctuated by a bold red "strikethrough" across the chest that embodies New England's famous spirit of positive defiance. Revolution is the ultimate act of defiance, and the club's new kit honors that resilient spirit that sparked the American Revolution, laid the foundation for our country, and has resonated throughout the New England region for centuries.
