Hey Junior Revs!
May was a packed month for the team! The Revs added three more wins to their record with wins against Charlotte FC, Philadelphia Union and Minnesota United FC. With 7 victories at home, the Revs are tied for the most home wins and home points in the MLS this season!
Last month, the club also hosted their 12th annual Unified Team Signing Day in partnership with Special Olympics Massachusetts and the Arbella Insurance Group with 19 Special Olympics athletes and Unified partners signed with the 2026 Revolution Unified squad. Signing day doesn’t just mark the start of a new Unified season, it also represents another year of growth in the Revolution’s partnership with Special Olympics Massachusetts, as they work together to make sports more accessible to people of all abilities. The Revolution’s partnership with Special Olympics Massachusetts continues with our annual Bowl for a Goal event later this summer. Join us on August 4 for the 9th Annual Bowl for a Goal presented by Arbella Insurance at Splitsville Luxury Lanes at Patriot Place! Purchase a ticket to the event and enjoy a night filled with music and entertainment, complimentary appetizers, raffles, silent auction, and more! Don't miss your chance to meet your favorite Revolution players! All proceeds from the event will benefit Special Olympics Massachusetts.
Even though the MLS regular season is on a two-month pause for the FIFA World Cup, there is still plenty of action-packed soccer to enjoy! As a host city for the FIFA World Cup, Foxboro will host seven matches, including a Round of 32 and quarterfinals match.
When you tune into FIFA World Cup matches, keep an eye out for a familiar face! Revs goalkeeper Matt Turner will be representing the United States at this summer's FIFA World Cup! Watch Turner and the rest of Team USA take on Paraguay in their first match of the tournament on June 12 at 9:00PM.
Alhassan Yusuf also earned an international call-up, joining the Nigeria National Team for the Unity Cup and a pair of friendlies.
For this month's newsletter activity, check out the World Cup Word Search! Put your knowledge to the test and look for all sixteen FIFA World Cup host cities in this word search. Give it a try and see how many you can find!
