MATCH FOR C.H.A.N.G.E.

Saturday night will mark the Revolution's annual Match for C.H.A.N.G.E., with several initiatives and activations planned for throughout the evening. Revolution players will wear special edition jerseys featuring a C.H.A.N.G.E. patch, and those jerseys will be autographed and auctioned off after the match with proceeds to benefit a local non-profit in the social justice and equity space. Upon arrival, players will also wear t-shirts from 195essential that were designed in part with the assistance of Earl Edwards Jr., Jon Bell, and Tommy McNamara. Those t-shirts will be available for purchase at 195essential.com.

Also, before the match The Ammaya Dance and Drum Group will host a performance that features an interactive drumming circle at the CVS Health Gate.

BLACK OWNED BOS. MARKET

For the second straight year the Revs have partnered with Black Owned Bos. to bring a dozen local, Black-owned businesses to a pop-up market at Patriot Place. In honor of National Black Business Month, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. ET prior to the game on Saturday night, the Black Owned Bos. Market will be open to shoppers at the Patriot Place North Marketplace near CBS Sporting Club and Muse Paintbar.

The businesses in attendance range from home goods, to clothing, to pet services, to beauty products, to jewelry, to arts and crafts, to baked goods, and more. A full list of the 12 businesses in attendance can be found HERE.

DRIVE SERIES PRESENTED BY DAN O'BRIEN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP

Saturday night's Drive Series presented by Dan O'Brien Automotive Group will collect toiletries to support Hope & Comfort, which aims to provide essential hygiene products to support and improve the health, self-esteem, and hygiene education of school-aged children and young adults in need within Greater Boston. Collections will begin at 5:30 p.m. and end 15 minutes after kickoff (approximately 7:45 p.m.), with collection locations at the CVS Health Gate, the Ticketmaster Gate, and between the E1 and E2 entrances. Everyone who makes a donation will receive a Revolution keychain courtesy of the New England Revolution Foundation and Dan O'Brien Automotive Group.

RECENT FORM VS. D.C. UNITED

New England and D.C. will renew their longtime rivalry on Saturday night, meeting for the second and final time in 2022 following D.C.'s 3-2 win over the Revs on April 23 at Audi Field. That snapped a string of six straight wins for the Revs in the series, although they're still unbeaten in the last 11 meetings (6-0-5) in Foxborough dating back to 2013.

D.C. are a side in transition, finding their footing under newly-appointed head coach Wayne Rooney. They currently sit at the foot of the Eastern Conference table with a record of 6-13-4 (22 pts.), though they've picked up points in two of their three games since Rooney took over on the sidelines (1-1-1). That includes a dramatic 2-1 win over Orlando City SC and a 0-0 draw with the New York Red Bulls, both at Audi Field.

The Revs (7-7-9, 30 pts.) are eight points ahead of D.C. and currently tied with three other teams for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, though they hold a game in hand on all three. The unlikely trio of Matt Polster, Wilfrid Kaptoum, and Henry Kessler were the goal scorers as the Revs snapped a six-game winless run with a 3-0 victory last weekend in Orlando, and Djordje Petrović was sharp once again as the Revs kept a third straight clean sheet for the first time since 2015.

Saturday night's showdown is one of just six remaining home games for the Revolution, and it's a massive opportunity for the hosts to climb above the playoff line heading into the final 10 games of the campaign.
